What size should I get?

Our Gildan tees and sweatshirts fit true to size - comfy without being clingy. If you’re into an extra roomy fit (or just love that oversized vibe), don’t be afraid to size up.

For sizing details, check the individual product pages - each one has its own breakdown and can be found with the product images.

As for the Dad Caps? One size fits most brilliant, burnt-out brains. You’ll find the exact dimensions right below the product description.

When will I receive my order?

Can I track my order?

Yes! You’ll get a tracking number emailed to you as soon as your order ships, so you can keep an eye on your thoughts-in-a-bag as they make their way to you.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the U.S. - we're keeping it local while we build the chaos.
If international shipping opens up in the future, just a heads-up: any extra shipping costs, customs fees, or taxes would be added to your costs. We’ll always be transparent, we just can’t control border charges.

 

Can I update or cancel my order?

Once your order is submitted, it goes straight into production - so we’re not able to make changes to the items or personal info.

Be sure to double-check your size, color, and shipping address before checking out - we want your chaos to arrive at the right doorstep exactly how you want it.

 

Can I return something?

We don’t do returns or refunds - but we do handle things if something’s genuinely off.
If your item shows up damaged, defective, or in the wrong size (as in, not what you ordered), we’ve got you. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.

Heads-up: we can’t exchange items ordered in the wrong size due to customer error, so definitely check that size guide before checking out - your future self will thank you.

What if my items show up damaged?

If your order shows up looking rough (cracked in the wrong way), we’ve got you. Just send us a photo of the damage or defect within 7 days of receiving it, and we’ll get a replacement out to you - no extra cost, no drama.

How do I clean my new gear?

Heavy Cotton Tee – 100% cotton. Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Do not iron; Do not dryclean; Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Tumble dry: low heat.

Heavy Blend Crewneck Sweatshirt – 50% cotton, 50% polyester. Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed; Tumble dry: low heat; Do not iron; Do not dryclean.

Classic Hat/ Dad Cap – 100% cotton (Green Camo - 65% polyester / 35% cotton). Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.
